Shipping

Item(s) will be shipped within five business days from the time the payment has cleared. Item(s) will be shipped via USPS First Class mail. If you prefer a different method of shipment, buyer will pay additional shipping charges. All item(s) will be mailed in secure packaging. 

Insurance is optional; however, Almost Friday Designs will not be held responsible if your item is lost in the mail and has not been insured. If a tracking number states it was delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact your local post office to determine if they are able to help locate your package.  If they are not able to find it, you can file a claim through USPS.

Rushed orders are possible; however, additional fees will apply. Email almostfridaydesigns.com for more information and rush order requests.

Custom orders/requests will ship within one to two weeks from time the design is finalized between the customer and Almost Friday Designs.

 

Free Local Pick Up

 At check out, a local pick up option will be available. Please note that this option is only for pick up if you live locally in or near Lancaster County, PA. You will be contacted if your address is out of the typical "pick up" zone to confirm you will be in the area to get your order; otherwise, shipping fees will be invoiced separately.  If the shipping fees are not paid within 48 hours, your order will be canceled. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is ready with instructions and to coordinate a pick up time. 

 

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available to the following zip codes only: 17540, 17501, 17508 and 17576.  A $2.50 charge will apply. Please note this option is only for individuals living in the above zip codes.  You will be contacted if your zip code is not listed above and shipping fees will be invoiced separately.  If the shipping fees are not paid within 48 hours, your order will be canceled. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is ready and to coordinate a delivery time. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items to be exchanged must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in the condition and packaging they were received. 

Almost Friday Designs does not offer returns or cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If buyer is not satisfied with their order for whatever reason once it is received, please contact Almost Friday within 14 days of the original receipt and we will be glad to exchange the item(s) for something else in our shop. Buyer will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges, and item(s) must be returned in original packaging via traceable courier. Almost Friday is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

If the item is damaged when you receive it, contact Almost Friday and we will gladly work with you to fix it and arrange shipping.

 

Keep Your Earrings Looking Fabulous

To keep your jewelry in great condition, it is best to hang them up or lay them flat when storing. Do not store your items in a bathroom and avoid contact with makeup, hair products and water. Your pieces should be the last thing you put on after getting ready for the day. Tarnish is a natural process in silver which is expedited by the natural oils in leather.  We recommend cleaning your ear wire with a polishing cloth or storing with an anti-tarnish tabs or strips. 

Each pair of earrings are provided with a rubber backing.  Almost Friday is not responsible for lost earrings.  Should you lose an earring, a replacement can be purchased, if the style and pattern are still available.
